Donnie Belk is a commercial real estate development professional with extensive experience managing large land acquisition, single-family/multi-family/mixed-use and industrial development projects for leading public and private real estate firms. As senior development manager, his duties include overseeing all aspects of the development process, including land acquisitions, finance, design, permitting, leasing and the sale of each project.
